Phil became the first nationwide coach of the "Making It Easy" process in 2005. He practiced privately for 31 years and perfected the philosophies, methods and dialogues of case acceptance. The 'goodwill' generated by this authentic advocacy model of patient care enabled the buyer of his practice to be immediately successful.

Phil now helps great teams around the country go to the next level of professional and personal significance through improving their leadership for case acceptance. He is also a leading clinical faculty member at the UCLA School of Dentistry teaching implant and reconstructive dentistry to general practice residents.
